By Tommy RobbinsHad enough Batman lately? Good, neither have we.

With fans itching for their next Dark Knight fix in the wake of Return to Arkham‘s recent delays, Warner Bros. Games and developer Turbine have a suitable alternative to ease your shakes.

Enter Batman: Arkham Underworld, a new mobile game available today for iOS. Admittedly, it’s not the caped crusading, building swinging, batmo-tank driving escapist fantasy most Bat-fans are seeking, but at the very least this new installment offers something new: Underworld focuses on what lies on the other, more vile side of the Arkham coin. Harvey Dent would be proud.

The PVP action game sets players loose as one of Batman’s five more notable adversaries (Harley Quinn, The Riddler, Mr. Freeze, Killer Croc, or the noticeably un-Arkham Knight Scarecrow) as they attempt to establish themselves within the criminal community. Expanding your base of operations while recruiting henchmen is the name of the game, as story beats carry players through the streets of Gotham in their quest for the complete takeover of Gotham City.

Not much info was given regarding player vs. player interactions, but one thing is for certain: establishing your hideout opens players to the possibility of being scanned by Batman’s ever-watchful eye. Rise too fast, and you’re certain to receive a visit from Batman’s ever-lovin’ boot.

‘Batman: Arkham Underworld’ is available on iOS today.
