It’s only news for those who haven’t obsessively followed every rumor, Tweet, and published form of hearsay for the last couple of months: Marvel Studios wants their Spider-Man back, and Sony has been more than pliable. And even though it probably took more than a couple of bottles of Yellow Tail Chardonnay to convince the beleaguered studio that this is the best thing for everybody, tonight, it’s official.
Spider-Man is coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Don’t believe me? Go ahead and click on this. I’m gonna go get drunk with my girlfriend. We’re gonna go burn her copies of Amazing Spider-Man and Amazing Spider-Man 2 on Blu-Ray since they JUST DON’T MATTER ANY MORE.
